After weeks of masterfully building up hype and anticipation on social media, the Nothing Phone (1) has officially been unveiled in India and globally. The Nothing Phone (1) price in India is set at Rs 32,999 for the base 8GB/128GB model.

Nothing Technology Limited (stylised as NOTHING) is a London-based consumer technology company founded by Carl Pei. It has officially entered the Android mobile market with the launch of its first smartphone named Nothing Phone (1). Pei had started the OnePlus brand in 2013 along with Pete Lau and in 2020, Pei left OnePlus to start Nothing and the first product was Nothing Ear (1) earbuds.
The first smartphone from the company has been making headlines for its out of the box design. It is trying to differentiate from the crowded market with a unique LED-lighting transparent back panel along with a clean software experience. The smartphone has been unveiled during a live event in London.
It is likely to be available for sale in India from July 21, 2022 on Flipkart. The company has already made it available for pre-order in India through e-commerce portal Flipkart. Nothing Phone (1) will be available in India starting 21 July 2022 on Flipkart in Black and White colour options. Interested buyers can also pre-order the smartphone to get launch offers. Note that there’s no microSD card slot in the phone to expand the storage and you will not get any charging adapter or protection case inside the box.
